Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Meshcraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Meshcraft.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

2. Description of Service

Meshcraft is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to generate three-dimensional (3D) models from images and text prompts using artificial intelligence. Generated models are provided in GLB format and can be downloaded for personal or commercial use.

The Service is powered by AI generation engines including Trellis 2 (via Hugging Face Spaces) and a premium engine. Generation quality, speed, and availability may vary depending on system load, third-party service availability, and your subscription tier.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and choosing a password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Choose a password with a minimum of 8 characters
• Verify your email address before your account becomes active
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Meshcraft is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

4. Free Trial

New users may access a 7-day free trial of the Service. A payment card is required and collected at checkout. The trial begins when checkout is completed. The following conditions apply to the free trial:

• The trial runs for 7 days from the completion of checkout
• Trial credits are capped by the plan selected: 60 for Creator, 120 for Pro, and 200 for Studio
• At the end of the trial, the payment method provided is charged automatically for the plan selected unless you cancel the trial before then
• You can cancel your trial from your account page or with the one-click link in the trial reminder email
• Trial credits do not roll over to a paid subscription
• Meshcraft reserves the right to modify trial terms or discontinue the trial offer at any time

5. Subscription and Billing

Meshcraft offers paid subscription tiers (Creator, Pro, and Studio) billed on a monthly or annual basis. Billing is handled securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Meshcraft to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Creator: $19.97/month or $199.70/year, 150 credits per billing cycle
• Pro: $49/month or $490/year, 500 credits per billing cycle
• Studio: $149/month or $1,490/year, 2,000 credits per billing cycle

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access and credits until then. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Selecting a lower tier currently schedules cancellation at the end of the current billing period.

If a payment fails, Meshcraft will retry the charge up to 4 times over a 7-day period (Stripe Smart Retries). If payment is not recovered, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to a limited state.

6. Credits and Usage

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time you initiate a 3D model generation. The credit cost per generation depends on the 3D engine and, for text-to-3D, the image generation model selected.

• Subscription credits are allocated when a subscription starts and reset at each successful subscription renewal
• Unused subscription credits do not roll over after a renewal
• Credits are refunded if a generation fails or is cancelled before completion
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Upload images or submit prompts that contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized parties to access the Service through your account
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, overload, or impair its infrastructure

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any 3D models you generate using the Service, subject to the following conditions:

• You are responsible for ensuring that input images and prompts do not infringe on third-party rights
• Generated models may not be used for illegal purposes or to harm others
• Meshcraft does not claim ownership of your generated outputs

Meshcraft retains all intellectual property rights in the platform itself, including the software, algorithms, user interface, branding, and documentation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Meshcraft platform without express written permission.

9. Data Handling

When you use the Service, you may upload images and submit text prompts. These inputs are processed by AI generation engines to produce 3D models. Your data is stored in Supabase-hosted infrastructure.

Images you upload are processed and may be temporarily cached during generation. Once an uploaded-image generation is complete, the uploaded image is deleted from storage; the resulting 3D model is retained. 10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Meshcraft does not guarantee:

• The quality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of generated 3D models
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meshcraft and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your profile and generated models will be removed within 30 days, subject to our data retention obligations.

Meshcraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of serious violations.

12. Changes to Terms

Meshcraft may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
